2. Quotes
Every job is based on a written quote that describes the work, price, and timeline. Work outside the quote needs a new quote.
3. Payment
A 50% deposit is due before work starts. The balance is due after you approve the finished work. Prices are in US dollars.
4. Refunds

5. Your accounts
You remain the owner of your domain, hosting, and email accounts. We use any access you give us only for the quoted work.
6. Third-party services
Services such as Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, Cloudflare, and domain registrars are run by other companies. Their fees and outages are outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.
